Acquisitions Internship
An internship with Affordable Style will allow you to gain valuable experience in business relations and entrepreneurial acquisition. You will work directly with the executive management team on target acquisition identification and research, financial valuation modeling and other transactional activities. You will have a hand on actual projects and transactions for our company.
As an intern, you will be responsible for researching companies and developing profiles for the purpose of evaluating candidate acquisition and investment targets. This research will include: collecting and analyzing financial, product, market, customer, and traffic data about target companies. Duties will also include emailing and calling business owners, documenting information, and preparing financial models. Duties do not include fetching anyone coffee.

Qualifications:
- In-depth experience with internet navigation and utilization
- Proficient in Excel
- Extremely articulate and comfortable communicating with business owners on the phone
- Strong analytical skills (qualitative analysis)
- Positive, people oriented and energetic
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong negotiating skills a plus
- Be in either your Junior or Senior year
Note that this is a 12 week, full time internship (40 hours per week) and is based out of our Greenwood, Indiana facility.
