We invite you to join our team as we continue to navigate the ever-changing road of e-commerce and marketing. You'll have the chance to learn broad approaches and powerful strategies for the online retailing industry as a Marketing Intern for Affordable Style.
An internship with Affordable Style will allow you to gain experience in the field of online marketing. This internship offers an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of daily marketing; from daily planning and budgeting to every day operations such as keyword research. You will also be able to participate in local networking activities with other professionals and local business leaders – meetings that can prove very beneficial to you when seeking employment post-graduation.
As an intern, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing including budgeting, brand strategy, corporate communications, social media, and online marketing. Duties will include monitoring media outlets for relevant industry news, preparing marketing budget reports and conducting market research. Duties do not include fetching anyone coffee.

Qualifications:
- In-depth experience with internet navigation and utilization
- Moderate Excel knowledge necessary
- Strong analytical skills (qualitative analysis)
- Positive, people oriented and energetic
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge or interest in marketing (search marketing/?behavioral targeting)
- Solid organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be in either your Junior or Senior year
Note that this is a 12 week, full time internship (40 hours per week) and is based out of our Greenwood, Indiana facility.
